Making a Warranty Claim
If you ever experience an issue covered by your workmanship warranty, we’ll work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible. Our warranty process is straightforward, transparent, and designed to get your fence back to the standard you expect.
1. Complete the Claim Form
Download and complete our Warranty Claim Form to provide details about the issue and your original project.
2. Contact Us
Notify us within 30 days of discovering the issue by phone, email, or through our website.
3. On-Site Inspection
We’ll arrange an inspection—typically within five business days—to assess the issue and determine whether it falls under the warranty.
4. Repair or Replacement
If the claim is covered under our workmanship warranty, we’ll schedule the necessary repairs or replacement at no cost to you, in accordance with the warranty terms.
