MEET THE OWNER
Coulton started Advantage Fence Company in 2020. Coming out of high school he secured work for himself at a fence company in Victoria. After years of learning the trade from some of the best in the industry, he decided to start his own company.
He saw first hand how the industry is full of short cuts, unreliable crews, rushed timelines, poor communication and greed. He wanted to do something different when he started Advantage Fence Company.
Growing up in a family of builders who construct homes across Southern Vancouver Island, Coulton was raised on the principles of real craftsmanship and taking pride in what you build. From a young age, he learned that “good enough” are two words that have no place on a job site — only exceptional quality matters.
What began as a way to forge his own path has grown into a business he’s deeply proud of. Today, Advantage Fence Company continues to serve homeowners, contractors, and developers with the same dedication to excellence that started it all, and Coulton looks forward to building lasting fences — and relationships — for many years to come.
